Housing
Housing reservations are separate from the conference registration fee; conference meals are included in the registration fee. The three options include:
The Greiner Residence Hall: stay in the heart of the CPSI activities at the brand new Greiner Residence Hall. All suites consist of two air conditioned sleeping rooms that accommodate 1 or 2 attendees (2-4 attendees per suite) with a shared bathroom; a community kitchen is located at the end of each hallway.
Single sleeping rooms within a suite cost $60 per night, while shared sleeping rooms within a suite are $37 per night/per person. Children enrolled in the YouthWise program receive a 10% discount on their housing costs.
On campus housing reservations can be confirmed and paid for along with your CPSI registration. Same gender roommates/suitemates will be randomly assigned unless specific roommate/suitemate requests are made during the registration process. All on campus housing ends with a departure on Sunday, June 23.
The Ramada Hotel and Conference Center: CPSI has arranged for a block of rooms at the nearby Ramada Hotel for a special conference rate of $79 per night. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the Greiner Residence Hall. There is a free parking lot in front of Greiner Hall for those who wish to drive. Attendees should call the hotel directly at 716-636-7500 to reserve a room; please reference the CPSI or Creative Problem Solving room block. The block of rooms and special rate will be held until May 8, 2013.
The Buffalo Marriott Niagara: CPSI has arranged for a block of rooms at the Marriott Hotel for a special conference rate of $155 per night. The hotel is not within walking distance of the conference; attendees who opt to stay at the Marriott will need to arrange for transportation to the conference. There is a free parking lot in front of Greiner Hall for those who wish to drive. Attendees should call the hotel directly at 716-689-6900 to reserve a room; please reference the CPSI or Creative Problem Solving room block.
